With a professional interest in communication based psychosocial support, vulnerability assessment, and evidence-based programming Shindano is interested in collaborating on multidisciplinary research studies, community-based interventions, program evaluation, and field placements that strengthen the well-being, resilience, and protection of vulnerable populations. He is particularly open to opportunities that connect social work practice with research, data collection and analysis, monitoring and evaluation, capacity building, and the development of effective, locally relevant social and psychosocial support programs.
